Terms & Conditions
Booking & Deposit- All session are booked at least 1 week in advance. Sessions that require a sooner booking may be subject to surcharge.
$100 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due the day of the session.
Payments can be made by credit/debit or through digital invoice.
Time & Place- Please arrive on time for your session. Keep in mind that there may be other sessions scheduled either before or after yours therefore, being on time ensures that everyone is getting the quality session that they paid for. Arriving late will lessen the time of your session without ANY refund.
Locations must be solidified during the booking process. Locations exceeding a travel time of 30 minutes (not including traffic) may be subject to surcharge. In the event that you do not have a location SWYS Photography llc reserves the right to select one. SWYS Photography also reserves the right to reject a location for whatever reason.
Cancellations- Sessions that are cancelled forfeit the retainer. A session may be rescheduled 1 time using the original retainer and must be done at least 24 hours prior to session. Any additional schedule change will be considered a new session and require a new retainer payment.
Guest- Clients are allowed up to 2 guest with the exception of stylist , makeup artist etc.
Advice- Come prepared!!! Sessions go a lot smoother when you show up ready. Prepared meaning outfits ready, makeup and hair done/styled etc...
Be sure to browse through my portfolio as well as other photographers just to be sure that styles are compatible and that you like their work.
SWYS Photography LLC also reserves the right to reject business for any reason.
